Hair Surgery — known in Spanish as Cirugía Capilar — is a layered protocol built for hair that is beyond a normal conditioning treatment. If your hair is breaking, stretching and snapping when wet, or feels dry from root to tip after too much color or bleach, this is the service designed for you. It uses several reconstructive products applied in a specific sequence, each one addressing a different layer of the strand.
At Caribbean Queen, Hair Surgery is one of the most intensive services we offer, and it consistently delivers results that lighter repair treatments simply can't. Keep results going with regular deep conditioning, add a precision trim to remove any split ends the treatment can't fully repair, and delay chemical services like color for a few weeks after Surgery so your hair can rest.
